What we collect
Account details, connected platform metadata, campaign data, CRM leads, form submissions, billing status, cookies, device events, and usage logs needed to operate the SaaS.
Connected providers
Users may connect Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, GTM, Business Profile, Meta, Microsoft, CRMs, social platforms, automation tools, and behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity. We process only the data needed for the selected workflow.
How data is used
To authenticate users, connect platforms, generate landing pages, route leads, provide analytics, prepare AI recommendations, manage approvals, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve security.
Behavior analytics and cookies
Heatmap, session replay, analytics, and tag-manager tools must be disclosed and consent-gated where required by law. Site owners remain responsible for enabling the correct cookie banner and regional privacy settings.
User rights
Users can request access, export, correction, disconnection, token removal, or deletion where legally required.
Security posture
OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted server-side, access is scoped by workspace and role, and secrets are never intentionally exposed to the frontend.
