The service

Ovaideu is an AI ad-operations platform. It builds, launches, optimizes, and reports through the connected workspace, user, and provider-account boundary.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for the content you run, and for compliance with Google and Meta advertising policies.

You must have the right to connect and manage the accounts you bind.

Authorization & spend

Ovaideu executes spend-changing actions only through your connected provider account boundary and audit log. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms directly to your own accounts.

Data retention & anti-abuse

To keep Ovaideu safe and available, we retain a limited set of account and business-identity data — name, business name, email, phone, website domain and connected-provider account identifiers — to provide the service, to send you occasional trial, subscription or promotional offers you may opt out of, and to prevent fraud and abuse. This includes detecting and preventing repeated free-trial abuse (such as creating, deleting and re-creating accounts to obtain repeat trials), enforcing suspensions and blocks, and protecting the platform and other customers from spam, misuse or unlawful activity.

We rely on our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and enforcing these Terms as our lawful basis for this retention, alongside the fraud-prevention and legal-claims exceptions available under applicable data-protection and consumer-privacy law (including GDPR / UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA). This is not a waiver of your rights, and where your local law grants stronger rights, those rights prevail. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@ovaideu.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 98743 25165. On a valid request we will delete your personal data except a minimal suppression record — for example a hashed or truncated email identifier — retained only to enforce a prior block and prevent trial abuse, to the extent permitted by law. We keep only what is minimal for this purpose and never sell it. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this limited retention and to the minimal suppression record described here and in our Privacy Policy.

Connected-account data

When you connect a third-party account, you confirm you are authorized to connect and manage it. Ovaideu may store the connected account's administrator and user contact details as inert records for administration, abuse prevention and continuity.

Ovaideu never emails or notifies those stored contacts unless you, the workspace owner, explicitly enable notifications and add a specific contact to a send list, and never writes to your connected Google, Meta or social accounts.

Support & administrative access

To provide support, investigate suspected abuse, fraud or security incidents, keep the platform operating correctly, and comply with law, authorized Ovaideu personnel may access your workspace and account records and, where reasonably necessary, temporarily act within your workspace to help you. This administrative access is limited to what the task requires (least-privilege), is performed only by authorized operators, and is recorded.

Each time an operator enters your workspace this way, an entry is written to your workspace's own audit log, where members with audit access can review who accessed the workspace and when — so this access is transparent to you rather than hidden. Administrative access is not a way to bypass tenant, user, provider-account, audit-log, billing, or legal boundaries.

Where you take Ovaideu on a white-label basis, the platform operator may additionally view white-label and connected end-user account details in order to administer, bill, secure and support the service. We do not use administrative access to read or export your data for unrelated purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. By using Ovaideu you consent to this limited, logged administrative access.
