These terms explain platform usage, account responsibility, billing, AI-assisted recommendations, and the review required before publishing campaign changes.
Technology platform
Ovaideu provides tools and automation surfaces. Users remain responsible for campaign decisions and compliance.
AI can make mistakes
Users must review AI-generated content, targeting, recommendations, and reports before publishing.
Connected account responsibility
Users must connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Provider terms, ad policies, CRM policies, social posting rules, and email sending laws continue to apply.
Approval-first automation
Write actions, publishing, budget changes, CRM syncs, social posts, and email campaigns should remain review-gated unless the account owner explicitly enables a compliant automation mode.
No guaranteed results
We provide software and workflows, not guaranteed advertising or business outcomes.
Third-party APIs
Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, HubSpot, Zoho, Hotjar, Clarity, Pabbly, n8n, Zapier, Instantly, and other providers may change access, scopes, pricing, quotas, or approval requirements.

For Ovaideu legal, billing, account, support, privacy, and platform notices, the official mailbox is support@ovaideu.com. Ovaideu operational emails should copy contact@oiesu.com as the parent OIESU contact record.
Indemnification
User indemnifies the platform against claims arising from their use, campaigns, content, or connected accounts.
