Terms of Service

The service

Ovaideu provides the enabled ad-account, reporting, draft and authorized campaign tools shown for your workspace and assigned resources. Expanded Google and Meta workflows, conversion delivery, server-side tracking and additional advertising integrations are in development or Planned until their advertised workflows are accepted. A tool definition or account connection alone does not establish availability.

Learning access & business eligibility

You may read our public guides and learning material without meeting the adult eligibility condition for business operations. Public access remains subject to applicable law and our lawful-use rules. It does not authorize you to open a business workspace, enter a subscription contract, obtain API credentials or operate a connected account.

To enter a subscription contract, administer a business account, obtain or use direct API credentials, or request live platform changes directly through the web interface or a direct API, you must be at least 18 and meet any higher age, legal-capacity or authorization requirement that applies to you and the relevant provider. If acting for a business, you must have authority to act for it. Parental permission alone does not create an exception to this direct-operation policy. These restrictions do not prevent you from revoking your own credentials, disconnecting access or exercising privacy rights; those actions still require the authentication and authorization appropriate to the request.

Parental-consent workflows, learning accounts for minors and server-side age-eligibility checks are planned controls, not verified available features. Do not register a minor for an account or submit a minor’s personal information unless a supported, lawful process has been made available. A learning label, free plan or dry-run label does not by itself make personal-data collection permissible.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business and eligibility information, use only accounts and data you are authorized to manage, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for your instructions, uploaded material, selected recipients, campaign content, budgets and compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and intellectual-property rules.

Review AI recommendations and proposed changes before relying on them. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Using Ovaideu through an AI assistant, MCP, WebMCP, CLI or API does not remove the same account, eligibility, role, resource-assignment and provider-permission requirements.

Lawful use

Use Ovaideu only for lawful business, education and other lawful purposes. You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your location, business and activities, and to the people and data affected by them, including applicable cross-border requirements.

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, spam, deceptive advertising, exploitation of children, threats, harassment, facilitating physical harm, rights infringement or circumvention of provider safeguards, age requirements, licenses or access restrictions. Do not share credentials or misrepresent an adult’s identity to bypass a restriction.

We may restrict an affected operation or suspend access for unlawful use or a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and available review procedures. Your responsibility for your own use does not remove OIESU’s obligations as the service operator or waive anyone’s statutory rights.

AI providers & connected services

Third-party AI and platform terms apply separately. An external assistant’s sign-in, parental-permission prompt or age check does not verify your eligibility for Ovaideu or authorize an Ovaideu action. Provider access and Ovaideu permissions must both permit the requested operation.

MCP use must satisfy the applicable local and provider eligibility rules, lawful authority and any required child-data consent and protections. Ovaideu does not add a separate company-wide 18-year minimum solely because you use MCP. Planned server-side checks will reuse the relevant account eligibility record rather than add a separate age-confirmation popup for every MCP tool call. This is a planned implementation, not a claim that age assurance or minor-account workflows are already available.

Authorization & spend

An authorized instruction through an enabled dashboard, MCP or API workflow can authorize a live provider action. Roles, subscription access, assigned resources, current credentials and the provider’s actual permission must permit it. A preview or dry run is not provider approval or a completed write, and an uncertain or partial result must be reconciled before repeating an action. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms to your accounts separately from Ovaideu fees.

Individual connected-account access

Each person may use only the connected advertising, social, analytics, commerce, website or other provider resources they are individually authorized to access. Both their Ovaideu resource assignment and current upstream provider permission must allow the requested read or change. Connecting an account through one person does not make that person’s credentials available to colleagues.

Working for the same organization, sharing an email domain, paying for its subscription or holding an internal administrator role does not automatically permit access to another person’s connected accounts or data. A legitimately shared business resource requires separate authorization for each person; access to one resource does not grant access to the organization’s other resources.

These rules apply to every enabled dashboard and operation, including social publishing, API, MCP and other connected tools. A viewer may read only authorized information; a write requires the applicable current provider permission. Missing or uncertain provider authority is not permission to make a change.

Account recovery & changes of control

A subscription administrator may administer internal membership and assignments only within their legitimate authority. Subscription payment, an internal role or an official-domain email alone does not establish ownership of a provider account, authorize use of another person’s credentials or allow removal of that person’s provider access.

An authorized business administrator or a representative using a verified official domain may request account recovery or a change of control. The request must identify the specific business and resources, establish legitimate authority and account control, and document the authorized change. Existing-owner authorization, provider verification or the provider’s account-recovery process may be required according to the circumstances. A disputed claim does not authorize deletion of another person’s account or data.

Provider ownership transfers and removal of provider administrators must follow the provider’s supported process and permissions. Expanded recovery and exclusive-control workflows in Ovaideu remain planned until their verification and access controls are accepted; an email-domain match is not a completed transfer.

Measurement & customer information

You must have authority and a lawful basis for the customer or visitor information you submit, give the required notices, obtain required analytics and advertising consent and respect withdrawal and opt-out requests. Provider account authorization is separate from visitor consent. Hashing and server-side delivery do not remove these duties.

Use only supported, consented first-party events and permitted connected reports. Do not treat provider reports as unrestricted person-level tracking, export restricted member data as prospects, or use one provider’s information for another network’s targeting where prohibited. Planned journey, ecommerce, Clarity and conversion workflows are not purchase guarantees. These responsibilities do not remove OIESU’s own obligations or your statutory rights.

Data retention & anti-abuse

To keep Ovaideu safe and available, we retain a limited set of account and business-identity data — name, business name, email, phone, website domain and connected-provider account identifiers — to provide the service, to send you occasional trial, subscription or promotional offers you may opt out of, and to prevent fraud and abuse. This includes detecting and preventing repeated free-trial abuse (such as creating, deleting and re-creating accounts to obtain repeat trials), enforcing suspensions and blocks, and protecting the platform and other customers from spam, misuse or unlawful activity.

Security and abuse-prevention processing requires an applicable lawful basis. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, this may be legitimate interests assessed against your rights or compliance with a legal obligation. Continuing retention after a valid erasure request also requires satisfaction of the applicable erasure conditions or exception, such as a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An erasure exception is not a standalone lawful basis. The applicable conditions must be met for each use and retention period. Marketing messages remain subject to their applicable consent and opt-out rules. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@ovaideu.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 98746 25135. On a valid request we will delete your personal data except information that we have a specific lawful reason to retain. A minimal suppression record, such as a hashed or truncated email identifier, may be retained to enforce a prior block and prevent trial abuse only to the extent and for the period permitted by applicable law. It is never sold. Acceptance of these Terms is not a waiver of deletion, objection or other statutory rights.

Availability

Available features are subject to your plan, workspace role, resource assignments and the permissions granted by your connected providers. Features marked Planned or roadmap are not completed services, purchase guarantees or promises of a launch date. Planned labels remain until live acceptance confirms the advertised workflow. See Features & availability for the current limits; an account connection or a tool listing alone does not establish complete lifecycle support.

Provider policies, API access and review requirements continue to apply. Ovaideu does not guarantee that it can replace every third-party paid plugin or app, and does not authorize bypassing their licenses or access restrictions.

Connected-account data

When you connect a third-party account, you confirm you are authorized to connect and manage it. Ovaideu may store the connected account's administrator and user contact details as inert records for administration, abuse prevention and continuity.

Merely importing those contacts does not send them messages or change your connected Google, Meta or social accounts. Messages to stored contacts require a workspace-authorized send workflow. Actions on connected accounts require an authorized user action and the permissions granted by that provider.

Support & administrative access

Designated Ovaideu platform owners and authorized support personnel may access customer account or workspace information only where necessary for an identified support request, account or feature verification, bug diagnosis or repair, authorized implementation work, service security, incident investigation or a legal obligation. Operational access is limited to the task and does not grant ordinary customers access to another person’s information.

Authorized personnel must protect confidentiality, limit the information and duration of access, and use the applicable audit workflow. The existing temporary platform-owner entry into an Ovaideu subscriber workspace creates a workspace audit entry and has a limited session duration. More granular support-case grants, resource restrictions and automatic task-completion revocation remain planned until verified.

Administrative access does not authorize an otherwise unauthorized provider read, campaign change, social post, budget change, ownership transfer or removal of account access. Provider permissions, provider policies, applicable law and documented customer instructions still apply. Specific affirmative agreement is required for human access to Google Limited Use data unless another permitted exception applies; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent for such access.

Diagnostic copies and support records are minimized and retained only for the task or a specific lawful security, audit, recovery or legal purpose, then deleted or returned through the applicable process. This applies to white-label support as well. Information accessed for support is not sold, used for unrelated advertising or used to train generalized AI models. This access requires an applicable lawful basis; this clause does not remove OIESU’s obligations or anyone’s statutory rights.

Liability & your rights

The platform is provided as-is during the opening trial period to the extent permitted by applicable law. Reports and AI output are informational and do not replace professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.

These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not waive mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. User responsibility, a disclaimer or acceptance of these Terms does not provide immunity from legal or regulatory obligations.
